Jung Sun (JC) Chang has been part of River City Community Church since 2015, drawn by its deep commitment to reconciliation and biblical justice. That same year marked the launch of R CITY, giving her a front-row seat to its remarkable growth and its impact in extending Christ’s love throughout the community.

Before joining R CITY, JC led teams in general management, strategic planning, and sales and operations at organizations including Zillow.com, Cars.com, and Apartments.com. She currently serves on River City Church’s Elder Board and is a longtime friend and former board member of Breakthrough Urban Ministries.

What do you love about R CITY?

Having been a member of River City Community Church for 10+ years, I have had the privilege to see how RCITY has evolved since its inception into an amazing ministry, modeling Christ and His call to serve.

What is something/someone that helped you move along the path from cradle to career?

I have had various teachers and mentors in my life, but I have to give credit to my father who was a "girl dad" way before it became cool and he encouraged me to do anything in life and career.
